Postage and despatch?
We despatch all of our face masks by Royal Mail (First Class). Currently Royal Mail are advising that there are delays of 3-4 days compared to normal lead times.
After production all masks are scanned via a bar code and you will receive either a text or email confirming when your masks are despatched.
Lead times?
We are currently working to 3-5 day manufacturing lead time plus Royal Mail First class standard lead time.

Do our masks come with filters?
All masks are currently supplied with NO filters. In the current climate purchase of these additional filters in bulk is difficult and we have decided to not sit on stocks in order for the UK frontline to benefit. Masks have the allowance for additional air filters N95/PM2.5 filters, filters unlike our masks are only single use.
Filters are available online from online retailers like Amazon.

How to wear a printed mask?
The face mask should:
⦁ Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face and allow for breathing without restriction

⦁ Individuals should be careful not to touch their eyes, nose, and mouth when removing their face covering and wash hands immediately after removing.
Are Printed Masks Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)?
Our Fabric Masks are not an item of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) or a medical device.
The masks are for use by the general public and should not be used as a substitute for advice put in place to stop the spread of Coronavirus (such as social distancing and washing hands adequately).
Double ply printed masks offer an extra barrier for your safety and the safety of others around you. The masks limit hand to mouth direct contact and also give an opportunity to take personal responsibility when you need to leave home to shop at the supermarket and in situations when you may be around other people.
